NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

 

  • Who

The giveaway is organized by Jyamma Games S.r.l. with a registered office in Via Privata Angiolo Maffucci, 68 – 20158 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT number and Tax Code IT10892230961, (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” / “We” / “Sponsor”). Jyamma Games S.r.l. is a company engaged in the development of computer games and promotes the following prize event, which is conducted in accordance with the rules outlined in the following articles and aims to advertise its game “Enotria: The Last Song”. 

 

  • Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  1. Must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence.
  2. Must be a resident of Argentina, Austria, Belarus, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Dutch Caribbean, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Ukraine, UK, USA.
  3. Must have a valid subscription to the Company’s social channels and newsletter as described in the article 3.

Collaborators, officers, directors of the Company, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

Persons in any way involved with the organization and management of the giveaway are also excluded from participation.

  • Duration

The giveaway will begin on 07/07/2023 “Start Date” at 18:00 am and end on 31/03/2024 “End Date” included or when all winners were withdrawn according to the schedule described in the article 3, “Validity Period”. All entries must be received by 07/11/2023, as determined by the Company. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The winners will be selected based on specific milestones achieved in our Discord Community. The number of winners will be based on the quantity of prizes for each milestone. 

The withdrawal of winners will occur in different steps based on the number of members reached on our Discord server. To choose the winner, we will use https://woorise.com/ built-in feature that randomly selects winners from the pool of candidates. If we do not reach any milestone, no winner/s will be selected. We are tracking discord members through a service bot (https://serverstatsbot.com/) that updates member numbers every 10 minutes.

  • Prize

The prize for this giveaway consists of:

All taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Company reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions if necessary. The prizes include shipping and handling fees to the winners’ residences, where applicable. The Company will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

By participating in the Giveaway, Winners acknowledge that the Company have not obtained and will not obtain or provide any form of insurance related to the Prizes, and each Winner will be responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, auto, accident, property, or other insurance related to the Prizes.

 

  • Winner

The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible participants using the software Woorise [https://woorise.com/] as described in the article 3. The selection process will be conducted by the Company or its authorized representative. Once selected, the winner will be notified via the email address provided during the participation subscription within 24 hours of the giveaway’s intermediate step ending date, as described in Article 6.

The results of each selection process will be published on the Company’s social channels within 24 hours after the winner responds to the email and provides all the requested information. This ensures transparency and allows participants to stay informed about the progress of the giveaway.

The withdrawal of the winner will be possible only one time. 

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or refuses the prize, the Company reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.

The winner acknowledges that acceptance and use of the prize are their sole responsibility. The winner may not claim any indemnity for any damages, whether direct or consequential, resulting from the acceptance and/or use of the prize. Furthermore, the winner may not dispute the prize awarded, claim the corresponding cash value, or request an exchange or replacement for any reason.

By participating in this giveaway, the winner grants the Company the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or notification. This allows the Company to showcase the winner’s participation and success in the giveaway.

The Company will communicate the contest through the initiative website and social media.

  • Rights and responsibilities 

By participating in this giveaway, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions. 

It is specified that the Jyamma Games reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, including the identity of participants, age and place of residence, and to disqualify participant who is violating these rules or engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

 

  • Electronic and telematic tools

The Company disclaims any responsibility for any access problem, impediment, malfunction or difficulty regarding technical tools, computer, telephone line, cables, electronics, software and hardware, transmission and connection, internet connection, and mobile and landline telephone network that may prevent a user from participating in the contest. 

It also disclaims any responsibility for problems caused by the user’s computer/device configuration that could affect the user’s performance during participation.

 

  • Limits

It will only be possible to enter the contest once during the Validity Period.

 

  • Disclaimer

We independently organize this giveaway/promotion without any sponsorship or collaboration from social media platforms.

1) Jyamma Games is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations during the promotion, including:

  • The official regulation;
  • the conditions of the offer and the requirements for participation (for example, restrictions on age and place of residence)
  • compliance with applicable regulations governing the promotion and the prizes offered (for example, registration and obtaining the necessary authorizations by law).

2) It Is forbidden to inaccurately tag content or encourage users to do so (for example, don’t invite people to tag themselves in a photo they aren’t in).

3) By accepting the terms and condition of this giveaway, every user participating in the promotion releases Social Networks from any liability.

4) The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the social network or associated with the social network.

  • Reserves

In the event that it becomes impossible to award the prize to any of the selected winners (such as in cases where the winner is untraceable, unable to provide the required documentation, or a minor unable to provide legal guardians’ authorization), Jyamma Games will adopt a reserve system in place. The Company will draw 5 reserve names following the procedure described in the article 5, and if necessary, will contact them in the order of their drawing.

 

  • Miscellaneous

Jyamma Games shall not be liable for any delays due to force majeure (whether caused, for example, by adverse weather, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, accidents, trade disputes, transportation disruptions or any other reason beyond its control).

All information submitted in connection with this giveaway will be treated following the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information to administer the giveaway and award the prize
